Dr. Lucy Nam is currently a general surgery resident at Massachusetts General Hospital. Her passion for art flourished during and after the COVID-19 pandemic, and it has since become an integral part of her life. She works with various art mediums such as resin, modeling paste, watercolor, and digital art, drawing inspiration from her everyday experiences.
She finds immense joy in creating large abstract pieces that transform spaces, as well as smaller, more detailed, medical-themed art. With the demands of residency, she continuously works to maintain a balance between creativity and detail in her pieces, and with that, she finds herself continuing to evolve her artistic style. She looks forward to continuing this journey of creativity and exploration, sharing her passion and inspirations with others.
